Betty Mehaney Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Betty Mehaney, age 69, of Indian Cove at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre on Friday, April 26, 2019.

Betty is predeceased by her parents Doyle and Hazel White and sister Grace Burt. Left with fond and loving memories are her partner William Mehaney, children Mike (Jenny) and Susan (Dwayne Laite).

Also left to mourn are her brother Gerald (Pansy White), step-children Sam Mehaney and Cindy (Edgar Rice). as well as fur baby "Muff".

Resting at the New World Island Funeral Home where public visitation will take place on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.. The funeral service will take place from the New World Island East Central United Church on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Paula Gale officiating. Interment will follow at the Community Cemetery, Indian Cove.

Donations in Betty's memory may be given to the Organ Fund at the New World Island East Central United Church.
