Thinking of the family today.

Our memory of Max is that he was a man that took the time to chat with you especially during his retirement because he was not so busy working. He was everybody's friend it seemed. Another of Cottlesville's great people have left us.

Rest in peace fellow resident and friend.

To.....The ANSTEY Family:.....Sorry to hear of Maxes passing and my thoughts are with you all at this difficult time....Loosing a parent never comes easy and I hope the wonderful memories you have of him helps ease the sorrow you are going through today....It saddens me to see our treasured & precious seniors of my home town leave us....one by one...for with them they are taking so much History & Stories that we all enjoyed to hear...That can never be replaced for sure...It was always a joy to run into Max when I visited Mom at the Pleasant View Manor and he would always say....I can't call ya by name but I knows who ya is"..... Max always had a smile and a friendly chat when ever our paths crossed over the years...Sending a gentle hug to comfort you all and to let you know your in my heart today as you lay your Dad, Grandfather & Brother to rest...Please accept my deepest Sympathy....MUCH LOVE...... Deepest sympathy to my cousins during this difficult time. Uncle Max always brought a smile to my face when I would run into him. He didn't always know my name but knew me as " one of Wallace's boys" when he saw me at pleasant view. Thinking of you all.
