Ada Burt

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ada Burt, age 81 years, of Summerford, NL announce her passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Friday, August 12, 2022.

She is predeceased by her parents Theodore & Sadie, husband Fred, parents-in-law Max & Frances Burt, siblings Joyce (Allister) Jennings, Marion (Harold) Toms, William (Ada) Jenkins, Raymond (Hazel) Jenkins, Everett Jenkins, Lester (Lorraine) Jenkins, Jean (Eugene) Watkins and brother-in-law Marvin Burt.

Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters Valerie (Rob), Lori-Ann (Brad), grandsons Max (Kayla), Brandon (Joanna), Jordan, great-grandchild Sydney, siblings Meta (George) Troake, Grayson (Josephine) Jenkins and Wayne (Rona) Jenkins, sisters-in-law Joyce Jenkins-Hiscock, Phyllis Burt- Moss as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL a private family viewing will take place on Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. Public visitation will be held at the United Church, Summerford on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. C. Ginn officiating.

Donations in Ada's memory may be given to the Alzheimer's Society.
