Andrew Rice

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Rice, age 84 years, of Fairbank, NL announce his passing at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander, NL on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.

He is predeceased by his parents Fred & Ethel Rice, first wife Marie, brothers Harold, George and Jack.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Jean, children Wanda (Glen) Hodder, Karen (Tony) Vaters, Judy (Shawn) Bailey, Kimberly (Geoffrey) Harris, Dion Rice, Tonya Rice, grandchildren Tracey (Tom) Groome, Kerry (Sonya) Gidge, Andrew (Dana) Gidge, Charlene (Glen) Rowsell, Matthew Vaters, Tanisha Harris, Nicholas Harris, 10 great- grandchildren, sibilings Nellie Small, Evangeline (Hedley) Sansome, Olive (Wilson) Gillard, Pansy (Gerald) White, Levi (Louise) Rice, Jonas (Christine) Rice, brothers-in-law Jordan (Shirley) Cooper, Martin (Shirley) Cooper, sister-in-law Florence (Jack) Pardy as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at the Pentecostal Church, Hillgrade, NL with public visitation on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Thomas officiating.
