Bessie Rideout

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bessie Rideout, age 77 years, fomerly of Valley Pond, NL announce her passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Wednesday, August 1, 2018.

She is predeceased by her parents Duke & Anna Rideout, husband Raymond, daughters Cathy Jennings & Cindy Dearing, son-in-law Craig Scott and brother-in-law Wallace Durnford.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children Molly Scott, Scott (Loretta), Tony (Nancy), Grant (Dianna), Bonnie-Lou (Tony) Small, sons-in-law Ewart Jennings and Kevin Dearing, 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, sisters Hazel Dundford & Alvie (Lester) King, brother Kevin (Gladys) Rideout as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at the Zion Pentecostal Church, Moreton`s Hr., NL with public visitation on Friday, August 3, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Barton officiating.
