Cory Hodder

It is with shattered hearts that the family of the late Cory Hodder, age 53 years, of Stoneville, NL announce his unexpected passing at his residence on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

He is predeceased by his first wife Lisa Burry, grandparents Lambert & Joan Hodder, Harold & Lucy Hodder, mother-in-law Mildred Andrews and sister-in-law Christine Andrews.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Effie, children Sarah, Jordan, Shania (Brandon), grandchildren Allie, Rowdie, J.J., Syra, Ethan, Aaliyah, parents Lester & Clarice, brothers Cordell (Trudy), Collin, Clifford (Danielle), brothers-in-law Ivan, David (Veronica), Dennis (Jennifer), Warrick (Angela), sister-in-law Daphne as well as a large number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Resting at Stoneville Pentecostal Tabernacle with public visitation on Friday, July 25, 2025 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor R. Higgs officiating.

Donations in Cory’s memory may be given to his family.
