David Brown

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late David Brown, age 65 years, of Cobb’s Arm, NL announce his passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Monday, May 25, 2026.

He is predeceased by his parents Garland & Gertrude; brothers Wilf, Calvin; nephews Craig, Macky; uncle Frank; cousin Lillian and parents-in-law Israel & Shirley Burry.

Left with fond and loving memoires are his wife Phyllis; sons Joshua, Jordan; granddaughters Heidi B, Cleo B; siblings Lillian (Wilbert), Kathy (Dave), Sharon (Clyde), Hubert; siblings-in-law Daphne (Grant), Malcolm (Pauline), Darlene (Truman), Christine (Bruce), Brian (Janice), Paul (Kitty), Neil, Leonard (Rhonda), Wayne (Laura); sisters-in-law Tish, Debbie: special niece Lisa (Jarrod), special nephew Kevin (Lisa): Francis Young as well as a large number of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

In keeping with David’s wishes cremation will take place. Funeral service will take place from New World Island East Central United Church, Newville on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

Donations in David’s memory may be given to his family.
