Doris Hann

Doris Hann finished her earthly journey and went to join her “Precious One” in Heaven at the age of 89 on July 30, 2022.

She is predeceased by her husband, Robert; sons, Bruce and Bob; granddaughter, Courtney; siblings, Pansy, Uldine, Roland and Harold; parents, John & Ellen Wheeler; step-mother, Grace Wheeler.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children; Robina (Rick) Canning, Paradise, NL, Donna Hann, Reidville, NL, Grace (Cathy) Hann, Vancouver, BC, Christine (Verd) Jenkins, Brampton, ON, Corrine (Steve) Sawicki, Barrie, ON, Paul (Jean) Hann, Thorburn Lake, NL, 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Paulette Hoyles-Hann; sisters-in-law, Shirley Wheeler, Betty Combden and Jessie Hann.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2022 at Beacon Pentecostal Tabernacle, Birchy Bay, NL from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Rowe officiating. Interment to follow at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Cemetery, Virgin Arm, NL.
