Eliza Rideout

Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Friday, August 19, 2016, the late Eliza Rideout, age 99 years of Cottlesville, NL.

Predeceased by her parents John & Elizabeth Watkins, husband Hardy, brothers Lloyd & Peter, sisters Violet & Beatrice, 2 great-grandsons Brandon & Connor, 3 son-in-laws Wilson, Bill and Frazer.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children Kevin (Mary), Ottawa, ON, Carl (Lorraine), Sydney, NS, Peggy Small, Summerford, NL, Ruby (Ray) Maidment, Cottlesville, NL, Godlie Brown, Cottlesville, NL, Lloyd (Margaret), Paradise, NL, Frank (Angela), Cottlesville, NL, 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Public visitation will be held at the Salvation Army Church, Summerford, NL on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Monday, August 22, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place from the church on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Cottlesville, NL

Pallbearers are Joshua Rideout, Jarrett Rideout, Derrick Rideout, Kevin Small, Justin Brown, Jason Watkins, Joshua McGrath and Michael Snow.
