Ernest Boyde

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ernest Boyde, age 74 years, of Newville, NL announce his passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Saturday, December 1, 2018.

He is predeceased by his wife Eileen, parents Bert & Winnifred, sisters Mamie, Rita, Doris, Debbie and brother Willard.

Left with fond and loving memories are his children Sheldon (Carmelita), Jason (Michelle), Lori (Chad) Davis, granddaughter Avery, siblings Evangeline, Vina (Harvey) Greenham, Shirley, Irene (Hardy) Rice, Daphne, Edmund (Verlie) Boyde as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at the New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the United Church, Newville, NL on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Major C. Durdle officiating. Interment will follow at the Community Cemetery, Indian Cove, NL.
