Eugene Mehaney Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eugene Mehaney, age 75 years, of Newville, NL announce his passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

He is predeceased by is parents Thomas & Rowena, brother Reginald, step-son Kody and brother-in-law Reginald Flynn.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Lee, children Michael (Jenny), Susan (Dwayne), Brittany (Kirk), step-sons Kenny, Kyle (Kristen), grandchildren Ryley, Olive, siblings Frances, Nathaline (Thomas), Floyd (Shirley) as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. A private funeral service will take place from the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. by invitation only.

Donations in Eugene's memory may be given to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
