Eugene Young

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eugene Young, age 61 years, of St. John's, NL formerly of Chanceport, NL announce his passing at the Health Science Centre, St. John's, NL on Sunday, January 6, 2019.

He is predeceased by his parents William & Muriel Young, sister Joan Jenkins and brother Rocky Young.

Left with fond and loving memories  are his children Crystal-Lee Young (Zachary), Jennifer Young (David) as well as a special little girl, Chad Chipman, Cheslea Chipman, siblings Norman (Linda), Malcolm (Yvonne), Judy (Guy) Jenkins, Phyllis (Kenneth) Rideout, Velma (Steve) Rose, Gary (Bernice), Ruth (Danny) Boyde, Janice Young (Wilt Edwards), Billy (Belinda) as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford with public visitation on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the New World Island West Salvation Army Corps., Summerford, NL on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Major C. Abbott officiating.
