Evelyn Ings

It is with great sadness that that the family of the late Evelyn Ings, age 76 years, of Fairbank, NL announce her passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.

She is predeceased by her parents Ephriam & Joyce Stryde, brother Oswald Stryde, sister Marion Stryde, sisters-in-law Vivian (Carl) Hawkins, Jean (Maxwell) Hawkins, brothers-in-law Vincent Wheeler, David Ings, Willis Rideout and nephew Ross Hawkins.

Left with fond and loving memories are her husband William, son Danny, sisters Viola Wheeler, Doris Rideout, Sheila Ings, brother-in-law Paul Griffiths, nieces Brenda (Clyde), Trudy (Terry), Brenda (David), Diane (Jim), Bonnie (John), Rhonda-Lee (Eugene), Rosalie (Paul), nephews Terry (Linda), Tony (Debbie), Rick (Nola), Brian (Roxanne), Kenny (Louise), Christopher (Trina), Steven (Nadine) and Rick (Beverley) as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the New World Island East Central United Church, Newville, NL on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with Victor Hamlyn officiating.

Donations in Evelyn's memory may be given to the New World Island East Central United Church, Newville, NL.
