Ewen Barnes

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ewen Barnes, age 77 years of Summerford, NL announce his sudden passing at his residence on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.

Ewen is predeceased by his parents Edna and Thomas, brothers Ralph, Edward, Roy, Ross, Artie, Cyril, nephew Stephen and sister-in-law Rowena.

Left with fond and loving memories are his children Kimberly (Craig), Kerwin, grandson Ethan, siblings Albert, Cavell (Howard), Gordon (Mary), Velma (Bob), Ellison, Joan, Pamela (Daryl). As well as a large circle of family and friends.

Resting at the New World Island West Salvation Army Corps, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the church on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with Major Lillian Pelley officiating.
