George Leyte

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late George Leyte, age 77 years, of Virgin Arm, NL announce his unexpected passing at his residence on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

He is predeceased by his parents Albert & Lucy, baby girl, brothers Leslie, Clayton, sister Daphne (Gordon), brothers-in-law Morgan, Ronald, Clarence, parents-in-law Stanley & Lydia.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Dulcie, daughter Tiffany (Alvin), siblings Garry (Mabel), Joyce (Robert), Ida (Raymond), Ruby, sisters-in-law Joyce, Jean (Lewis), Madeline (Raymond), Lorraine (Tom), Ina, Faye, brother-in-law Gerald (Donna) as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Resting at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Carter's Cove, NL with public visitation on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor J. Oxford officiating.

Donations in George's memory may be given to his family.
