Gladys Mahoney

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gladys Mahoney, age 79 years, of Boyd's Cove, NL announce her passing at the Notre Dame Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL, on Thursday, December 29, 2016.

She is predeceased by her parents Arthur & Nora Burry, sister Hilda, brothers Edmund, Michael, half brother Patrick Clair, son John and daughter Sheila.

Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Herbert, children Edmund (Delilah), Boyd's Cove, NL, Kay (Paul) Parsons, Red Lake, ON, Leo (Helen), Boyd's Cove, NL, Brian, Boyd's Cove, NL, Hilda (Eugene) Watkins, Cottlesville, NL, Junior (Dallas), Birchy Bay, NL, Jose (Lewis) Brown, Grand Mannan, NB, Glen (Bev), Boyd's Cove, NL, brother Frank (Bride) Burry, Boyd's Cove, NL. A large circle of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Public visitation will be held at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Boyd's Cove, NL on Sunday from 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Funeral service will take place from the church on Monday at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow from the St. Anne's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Boyd's Cove, NL.
