It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gordon Johnston, age 87 years, of Herring Neck, NL announce his passing at his residence on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
He is predeceased by his parents William & Anne, wife Ruby, siblings Bertha, Betty, Helena, Bill, Francis and Jack.
Left with fond and loving memories are his sister Marion Cortina; special niece Sheila Melough; special friends/caregivers Tony (Morene) & Jim as well as a large number of nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.
In keeping with Gordon's wishes cremation will take place, a graveside service will take place on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. from the Anglican Cemetery, Cobb's Arm, NL.
