Herbert Mahoney

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Herbert Mahoney, age 90 years, of Boyd's Cove, NL announce his passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Sunday, October 23, 2022.

He is predeceased by his parents Frank & Catherine, wife Gladys, daughter Sheila, baby boy John, brothers Patrick, Michael, sisters Maude, Clara and Linda.

Left with fond and loving memories are his children Edmund (Delilah), Kay (Paul), Leo (Helen), Brian, Hilda (Eugene), Junior (Dallas), Jose (Lewis), Glen (Bev) a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings Marie (Dan), Jim (Marlena), Gary (Helen), Anthony (Ellen) as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL. A private family viewing will be held on Tuesday.  Funeral service will take place from St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Boyd's Cove, NL on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Joseph officiating.
