Leo was born at his home in Horwood on September 20, 1951 to Stanley & Maisie Snow.
Leo had a great life that consisted of a lot of moose hunting, fishing and anything you could do in the woods or on the water. He was loved by everyone who knew him, made friends easily, said hello to everyone he met and invited them to his home or cabin for a cup of tea, and oh, the stories he could tell. His smile could light up any room.
When he was a young man, he married his first wife Bonnetta, they were married for 25 years before Bonnetta passed away due to cancer. Leo was left with his 2 daughters Cathy Lynn & Jessica. He took on the role of both dad & mom, and he did a wonderful job raising his girls. His eyes would always light up when his 4 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren entered the room. He had a different way of showing love but they all know he loved them very much.
12 years ago Leo met Ruth and they got married. Along with Ruth came 4 step-children & 7 great-grandchildren. They only had a few short years together before Leo was hit with a terrible disease, but in those years they did a lot of visiting, went to dances, fishing, camping and so much more. It is so sad that he didn't get to live the rest of his life the way he had planned. Leo went to church and gave his life to the Lord a few months ago, it was what his mother always wanted for him. He is now at peace with God and our loving mother.
