Lloyd Canning

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lloyd Canning, age 82 years, of Moreton's Hr, NL announce his passing at the James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre, Gander, NL on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

He is predeceased by his parents Harry & Minnie, daughter baby girl Canning, brothers Melvin & Jerry.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Sadie, children Christina (Llewellyn) Shea, Carter's Cove, NL, Glen (Carolyn), Corner Brook, NL, David (Dale), Gander, NL, grandchildren Greg (Samantha), Cheryl (Barry) Dearing, Maddison (Brandon) Case, Riley, Nathaniel, Tristan, Jack, Charlie and brother Aubrey Canning, Moreton's Hr, NL. Also a large circle of family and friends.

Public visitation will take place from New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL, on Saturday, November 26, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. from Moreton's Hr. United Church, Moreton's Hr, NL. Funeral service will take place from the church on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow from the United Church Cemetery, Moreton's Hr, NL.

Donations in Lloyd's memory may be given to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
