Mae Daisy Canning

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Mae Daisy Canning, age 89 years of Cottlesville, NL announce her passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Thursday, June 2, 2022.

She is predeceased by her parents Robert & Albertha, husband Willis, son Ewen, grandson Elvis, sisters Maggie, Mary, Levie, Pansy, brothers Brooklyn, Roland, Hedley, Walter, Pleman, daughters-in-law Marjorie and Marilyn.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children Melvin, Daphne (Don), Diane (Boyde), Pearce (Myrtle), Bruce, Queen (Stan), Whylie (Kelly), Darren (Sharon), 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at Salem Pentecostal Church, Cottlesville, NL. Public visitation will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor R. Porter officiating.

Donations in Mae's memory may be given to her family.
