Margaret Troke

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Troke, age 83 years, of Horwood, NL announce her passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Sunday, May 4, 2025.

She is predeceased by her parents John & Maude, husband Pearce, daughter Christine, daughter-in-law Jennifer, great-granddaughter Tiana, great-grandson Anderson, brothers Wilfred (Sadie) and Jacob.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children Evelyn (Wallace), Dennis (Shelley), Barry, Stephen (Michelle), grandchildren Nicole (Dan), Richard (Amanda), Julia, Jordan (Julie), Travis (Jessica), Eric (Candace), Dylan, Kristen (Andrew), Marcus, great-grandchildren Lexie, Kaidence, Greyson, Emily, Sophia, Savanna, Lyla, Miguel, Zachary, Brendan, Adalyn, Avery, Aiden, Brooklyn, Clark, son-in-law Ivan, siblings Norman (Regina), Clifford (Sadie), Gordon, Max (Ethelwin), Ross (Deloris), Florence (Fernand), John (Glenda), sister-in-law Elsie, a number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Horwood, NL. Public visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

Donations in Margaret’s memory may be given to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Horwood, NL.
