Marie Wheeler

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marie Wheeler, aged 93 years of Summerford, NL announce her passing at the Lionel Kelland Hospice in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.

Predeceased by her parents George & Minnie Jenkins, infant son Johnny, husband Frank and brother Sandy.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children David (Susie) Wheeler, Mabel (Alvin) Rideout, Alvin (Wanda) Wheeler, Sherman (Claudine) Wheeler, Dianne (Raymond) Barrett, Patsy (Derek) Collins, Carolyn (Steven) Berg, Rosemary (Paul) Martin, Clarence (Lorianne) Wheeler, Annette (Jamie) Eddison, Betty-Lou (David) Clark, also leaving to mourn are 24 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Resting at Summerford Pentecostal Church. Public visitation will be on Friday, September 13, 2024 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the church on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Shawn Holmes officiating.

Donations in Marie’s memory may be given to Lionel Kelland Hospice, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
