Marion Burt

It with great sadness the family of the late Marion Burt, age 85 years formerly of Cater's Cove, NL announce her passing on December 31, 2020 at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander, NL.

She is predeceased by her parents Clarence & Jessie Dove, husbands Lloyd & Andrew, daughter Helen, sisters Marie & Madeline, brother Otto (Olive), sister-in-law Nina, brothers-in-law George & John and parents-in-law Sandy & Pearl.

Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters Eleanor (Harry), Claudette (Dudley), son Levi (Marilyn), grandchildren Elizabeth (Chad), Grant (Risa), Trevor, Lucas (Niki), Evan (Amanda), Brent (Curtis), Brittany, Noah, great-grandchildren Emma, Molly, Gage, Kaiden, Luke, Liam, Emerson, son-in-law Gordon, brother Lloyd (Eleanor), sister Shirley, brother-in-law Leonard and Neal (Ina), sister-in-law Lily as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting as New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Friday from 8-9 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Saturday for invited guests only.

Donations in Marion's memory may be given to the Pentecostal Cemetery Fund, Virgin Arm, NL.

Marion was born in 1935 to Clarence & Jessie Dove of Chance Hr., NL. She lived most of her life in Carter's Cove. The past 4 years Marion resided  at the Pleasantview Manor in Lewisporte, NL.
