Maxwell Anstey

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Maxwell Anstey, age 91 years, of Cottlesville, NL, announce his passing at the North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL on Monday, June 4, 2018.

He is predeceased by his parents Andrew & Ena, wife Selena, daughter Rose, brothers Gideon and Cyril, grandson Chris.

Left with fond and loving memories are his children Maisie (Mark), Helen (Sam), Rex (Josie), Junior (Diane), Ted (Lisa), Fred (Marion), Sheila (Barry), Verna (Glen), Terry (Arlene), Nancy (Nick), Trevor (Peg), 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, sisters Laura (Don), Vera (Barry), Velvie (Lynn), special friend Annie and all the staff at the Pleasantview Manor, Lewisporte, NL, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the New World Island West Salvation Army Corps, Summerford, NL on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. with Major C. Abbott officiating. Interment will follow from the Salvation Army Cemetery, Cottlesville, NL.

Donations in Maxwell's memory may be given to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Cottlesville, NL.
