Philip Critchley

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Philip Critchley, age 95 years, of Gambo, NL announce his peaceful passing surrounded by his loving family at Oram's Emmanuel Manor, Gambo, NL on Sunday, December 6, 2020.

He is predeceased by his parents James & Laura, wife Jane, second wife Irene, baby daughter Ruby, son-in-law Kenneth Clarke and a number of siblings.

Left with fond and loving memories are his children Marie (Arthur) Guthreau, Kenneth (Greta), Ruby Clarke, Katie (Hedley) Bungay, Junior (Cindy), Terry, 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-children, 7 step-daughters, 1 step-son, numerous step-grandchildren and brother Eli as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL. Public visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 7-9 p.m. from the Salvation Army Gambo Citadel, Gambo, NL. Funeral service will take place from the church on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. by invitation only.

Donations in Philip's memory may be given to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Gambo, NL.
