Pinie Ings

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Pinie Ings, age 90 years, formerly of Virgin Arm, NL announce her passing at the North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL  on Monday, May 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Harry & Kathleen Jenkins, husband Eli, sons Bill & Aubrey, 1 brother and 4 sisters.

Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Harold Sansome, children Shurman (Mary), Olivine (Raymond), Kathy, Jonas, Doreen (Mike), Esther (Otto), Bernard (Angela), Wade (Darlene), Georgina (Danny), Gar (Lesa), Michael (Allison), Mary, Bud (Terri-Lynn), Sharon (Kevin), a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, siblings Elizabeth (Edwin) and Florence as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Carter’s Cove, NL. Public visitation will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jared Oxford officiating.

Donations in Pinie’s memory may be given to the Salvation Army Food Bank, Summerford.
