Rowena Rice

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Rowena Rice, age 72 years of Newville, NL announce her sudden passing at her residence on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

She is predeceased by her parents Andrew & Margaret Hillier, brothers Winston & Kevin, brothers-in-law Bert White & Roosevelt Wall and nephew Shawn White.

Left with fond and loving memories are her sons Terry, Alvin (Debbie), granddaughters Terri Lynn (Andy) Pride, Taylor Rice (Brandon), great-grandson Liam Pride, siblings Olive, Herbert (Laura), Florence (Cecil), Joyce, Lloyd (Pat), Alonzo (Tracy), Don (Rhoda) as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at Eastside Salvation Army Citadel, Fairbank, NL with public visitations on Sunday, January 3, 2021 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. following the Covid-19 restrictions. Funeral service will take place from the church at 2:00 p.m. 

Donations in Rowena's memory may be given to the Twillingate/NWI Family & Friends Group, Twillingate, NL.
