Ruby Troake

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Ruby Troake of Summerford, NL announce her passing at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander, NL on Thursday, July 25, 2024, with her loving children by her side.

She is predeceased by her parents Alodphus and Hilda Burt, husband Victor,  precious daughter Elva Greenham, grandson Donald Stephan Luscombe, brother Art (Louise) Burt, sister Maude (Lester) Curtis, sister-in-law Dulcie Burt, brother-in-law Plemon Burry.

Left with fond and loving memories are there children Judy (Don), Lewis, Nola (Leo), Ina (Keith) Eric (Merina), Georgina (Tony), daughter-in-law Yvonne Troake, son-in-law Gary Greenham, grandchildren Tammy Luscombe, Justin Luscombe (Robynn), Jonathan Troake, Jolene Troake, Melissa Parsons, Stephen Parsons, Keith Greenham, Kevin Greenham, Kent Greenham (Stephanie), Falon Annetts (Ben), Ashley Nelson (Nick), Jessica Lush (Shane), Erica Fraser (Clyde), Samatha Philpott (Devin) Cole Troake (Bobbie), Alisha Brown (Johnathan) Jennifer Earle (Lonny), Dylan Cluett (Tierra), 33 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, siblings Elva Ings (Wayne), Gladys Burt (Kevin) Rita Burry, Cecil Burt (Joy), Steward Burt (Tina), Gilbert Burt (Joan), Troake families as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Resting at the Pentecostal Church, Summerford, NL. Public visitation will take place on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 2-4p.m. & 7-9 p.m.. Funeral service will be held from the church on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Hardy Troake officiating.

Donations in Ruby's memory may be given to Kids Club, Summerford Pentecostal Church.
