Sandy Hart

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sandy Hart, age 63 years formerly of Horwood, NL announce his passing at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Peterborough, ON on Sunday, August 8, 2021.

He is predeceased by his parents Isaac & Margaret (nee Paynter), brother Robert Mercer and nephew Robert Curtis.

Left with fond and loving memories are his partner Lisa Whitson, children Ashley Dykeman (Terry), Mathew Dykeman, grandchildren  Casselia "Cassie" and Declan Johnson, brothers Sterling Hart (Jennifer), Terrance Hart (Clara), niece Amanda Hart, nephews Cory Hart, Luke Curtis, Kyle Curtis, great-nephew Noah, great-niece Scarlett, Lisa's extended family Gary Whitson (Daphne), Gloria Whitson-Shea (Brian), Robert Whitson (Sarah) and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 6-9 p.m. at the Salvation Army Church, Horwood, NL. Funeral service will take place from the church on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by invitation only.

Donations in Sandy's memory may be given to Diabetes Canada, Salvation Army Church, Horwood, NL or to his family.
