Stanley Burt

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stanley Burt, age 84 years, formerly of Virgin Arm, NL announce his passing at the Lionel Kelland Hospice, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

He is predeceased by his parents Arthur & Susie, first wife Mildred, daughter Avis, son Levi, son-in-law Gord Quinlan, siblings William (Amy), Elsie (Dave), Kathleen (Doyle), Maxine (Roger), Mervin, Ida and Wallace.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Fannie, children Mondella (Dion), Ida (Keith), Gloria (Harvey), Scott (Denise), grandchildren Shana (Calvin), Paul (Erica), Deon (Ralinda), Adam (Emily), Timothy, Matthew, Leon (Natalie), Emma Fae, Cordell (Krissy), Keana (Richard), Keysha (Allan Ray), great-grandchildren Lucy, Wesley, Dawson, Elliana, Abigail, Charlee, Joee, Lia, Madisyn, Brom, Shannelle, KJ, Rihanna, Valkyrie, Athena, great-great-grandson Jagger, daughter-in-law Lisa, step-children, siblings Geraldine (Ches), Walter (Myrtle), Daxter (Elizabeth), Christine (Steve), sisters-in-law Patsy, Bernice as well as a large number of family & friends.

Resting at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Carter's Cove, NL with public visitation on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Harvey Conway officiating.

Donations in Stanley’s memory may be given to the Lionel Kelland Hospice, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
