Stephen Ross Barnes

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Stephen Ross Barnes, age 44 years, announce his peaceful passing at his residence on Wednesday, January 16, 2019.

He is predeceased by his grandparents Thomas & Edna Barnes, and Violet & Fred Troake.

Left with fond and loving memories are his parents Ross & Irene, sisters Stephanie (Guy) Cavallini, Patti (Evan) Boyd, nieces Sarah, Robyn, Brianna and his beloved dog Scooby Doo, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at the New World Island West Salvation Army Corps, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Major C. Abbot officiating. 

Donations in Stephen's memory may be given to the Spinal Cord Injury Foundation, NL.

Pallbearers will be Guy Cavallini, Evan Boyd, Kevin Jones, Mike Troake, Morris Anstey & Mike Watkins, honorary pallbearers Sheldon Rideout & Bob Penney.

As Stephen would always say "THUMBS IN THE AIR".
