Velma Wheeler

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Velma Wheeler of Summerford, NL announce her passing at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Monday, February 13, 2023.

She is predeceased by her parents Ernest & Ivy Jenkins.

Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Elwood, children Leona (Dave), Floyd (Cynthia), Clinton (Charlene), grandchildren Sebastian (Ille), Julie (Chase), Kyle, Luke, Cash, great- grandchildren Melanie, Rex, siblings Olga (Glenn), Eldred (Lois), as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at Summerford Pentecostal Church with visitation on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the church on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. 

Donations in her memory may be made to the Autism Society or the Breast Cancer Society.
