Victoria DiBello

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Victoria Anne DiBello, who left us far too soon on August 17, 2025, at the age of 30 in Summerford, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Victoria was a beautiful, adventurous soul with a kind heart and a passionate spirit. She had a deep love for the outdoors—whether she was hiking the trails of Newfoundland, living off-grid, catching trout in the river, or simply enjoying nature with her dogs, Bentley and Hank, by her side. Animals were her constant companions, and she cared for them deeply, from dogs to chickens and anything in between. 

Victoria had her struggles and faced life’s challenges with remarkable courage and determination. Though her path was not always easy, she never gave up on striving for better, pushing forward with strength and grace. She was the type of person who could make you feel seen, who carried kindness in her voice and joy in her laughter. Victoria had a rare gift for being unapologetically and beautifully herself. 

She leaves behind a family who loved her dearly: her mother, Tracy Stewart, and her father, Carlo DiBello; her sister, Caitlynn Pratt (Dylan), and her cherished nephew and niece, Oliver and Charlotte; her brother, Joshua Stewart-Manning; and her beloved grandmother, Marianne Stewart, and her partner Guy Hann. Victoria’s heart also belonged to her loving partner and best friend, Andrew Low, who stood by her with unwavering love and support. Also mourning her loss are many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. 

Victoria's presence touched many, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in walks through the woods, in the laughter of her family, and in every act of kindness done in her name. The birds are her singing you a good morning song, the wind is her cooling you down on a hot day, the sun is her warmth wrapping you in an embrace, the stars and moon are her shining over you at night. Remember to make a wish in her memory when you see 11:11. 

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford with visitation for close family and friends on Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 2-3 p.m., with a service to take place from the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Victoria’s memory can be made to a local animal rescue organization or mental health initiative of your choice.
