Woodrow Gates

We regret to announce the passing of the late Woodrow Gates, age 62, formerly of Summerford at the Central NL Regional Hospital on Sunday, January 15, 2017.

Woodrow is predeceased by his parents Cyril and Bernice Gates and brother Wilson Gates.

Left with fond memories is his only daughter Dallas (Tony Canning), Comfort Cove, NL and grandchildren Emily, Destiny and Jake. Also left to mourn are siblings Helen Critchley, Boyd's Cove, NL, Bobby (Susan), Toronto, ON, Bonnie Gillard (Gary), St. Catherine's, ON, Perry, Alberta and Kowanda Lane (Waylon), Toronto, ON. as well as a large extended family.

Public visitation will take place at the Summerford Pentecostal Church on Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.

Funeral service will take place from the Summerford Pentecostal Church on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Comfort Cove.

Donations in Woodrow's memory may be given to his family.
