Woodrow Wheeler

It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Woodrow Wheeler, age 67 years, formerly of Stanhope, NL announce his passing at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, NL on Saturday, March 22, 2025 with his family by his side.

He is predeceased by his parents Maxwell & Dorothy, sister Evelyn, brothers Willis, Ronald, Donald and sister-in-law Ruby.

Left with fond and loving memories are his children Kerrie (Shawn), Kenny (Mandy), grandchildren Delaney (Brad), Brianna, Hannah, Myles, Reign, Avery, siblings George (Annie), Reginald (Elsie), Mae (Mac), Leroy, Malcolm (Laura), Mary Ann, John (Audrey), sisters-in-law Phyllis and Mary as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL with public visitation on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. 

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Summerford Pentecostal Cemetery.
